The Process

Initial Consultation

We have a design team who use state of the art building modelling software. This allows us to create your project virtually. We share the plans with you in order for you to look at, agree or change to suit your requirements. Once everything is agreed, work can then go ahead.

Design Consultation

ROKA Projects work with a range of suppliers, which enables us to match your renovation ideas. After a supplier has been chosen, they will visit your property to take a survey and exact measurements.

Our design team will then go over all the aesthetic choices including materials, door fronts, worktops, colours and handles etc. They then produce an accurate visual which allows you to get everything perfect before continuing.

Specification & Cost

When our design team’s drawings have been finalized and approved, we will bespoke quote for your project. The quote will be broken down for you to see every cost from labour to materials.

After everything has been agreed, a start date for the renovation project can be arranged.

Renovation Time

Our tradespeople will finish all works required to complete your project to the highest standards in the building industry.

Your project’s appointed team leader oversees all the trades and processes on a daily basis ensuring everything is on schedule and going to plan.
